phbeast Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phbeast ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "your," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phbeast website at phbeast.net and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and any promotional programs offered therein.

By accessing the phbeast platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm your acceptance of these Terms without reservation. If you are accessing phbeast on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

phbeast reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via a notice on the phbeast website and, where significant, by direct notification to registered account holders. Continued use of the platform after an amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on phbeast, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-human legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You are accessing phbeast from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phbeast or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a phbeast account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

phbeast reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one phbeast account. Registering, operating, or attempting to access more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. phbeast uses multiple technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, phbeast reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void any pending withdrawals, and permanently withhold any bonus balances. Real-money deposits may be returned to the original payment method at phbeast's discretion, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep your account information current at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbeast login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. phbeast will treat any action taken through your account as having been authorized by you. You must notify phbeast support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

phbeast is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account registered under your name).
• A selfie holding your ID, as requested by the phbeast compliance team.

phbeast will process KYC submissions within 3 business days under normal circumstances. Incomplete or unclear submissions may extend this timeline. KYC verification is a one-time process unless your circumstances change or phbeast's compliance team requires a re-verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phbeast accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels. All deposits are processed in PHP with no currency conversion. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the phbeast cashier page. phbeast does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

phbeast reserves the right to reject a deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Deposited funds are credited to your phbeast PHP wallet and are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders who have completed the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing transfers.

Standard processing times are as follows:

• GCash & PayMaya: Approximately 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions.
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank (InstaPay): Typically within the same business day for requests submitted during regular banking hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT).

phbeast does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashout requests. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required by phbeast's compliance team.

4.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance consists entirely or substantially of bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements. phbeast reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request pending completion of enhanced due diligence where required by applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phbeast offers a range of bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits issued by phbeast are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion — for example, slots may contribute 100% while live casino games contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published alongside each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phbeast takes bonus integrity seriously. Actions that phbeast considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling risk; and any coordinated activity with other players aimed at extracting bonus value without legitimate gameplay. phbeast reserves the right to void bonuses and withdraw real-money balances where bonus abuse is identified.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phbeast platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. phbeast does not accept claims of ignorance of game rules as grounds for a refund of wagered amounts.

phbeast uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any party. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in accordance with established casino procedures. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting events as reported by official sources.

In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that results in an incorrect payout, phbeast reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phbeast is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond phbeast's reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbeast platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over phbeast or other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phbeast immediately; failure to report a known exploit is itself a breach of these Terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phbeast staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phbeast platform — including but not limited to the phbeast name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of phbeast or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phbeast platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phbeast content without prior written authorization from phbeast.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbeast's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbeast account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbeast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the phbeast platform. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action and whether phbeast has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phbeast does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, and circumstances beyond phbeast's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. phbeast will endeavor to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

10 Responsible Gaming

phbeast is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gaming activity. Gambling at phbeast should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phbeast account holders from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phbeast account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders at intervals of your choosing to notify you of how long you have been actively playing.
• Cooling-Off (Temporary Self-Exclusion): Take a break from gambling for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets. Cooling-off periods cannot be reversed once activated.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your phbeast account. This action is irreversible. phbeast will not re-open a permanently self-excluded account under any circumstances.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

phbeast reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where phbeast has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering purposes.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The account holder is under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the phbeast platform or to other players.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or a responsible gaming authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phbeast will endeavor to complete its review within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the account holder by email. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balances held in the account — including real-money balances, bonus balances, and pending withdrawal requests — may be withheld or forfeited at phbeast's discretion, subject to applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phbeast reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made, phbeast will publish a revised version of these Terms on the phbeast website with an updated effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — phbeast will also send a notification to the email address registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the phbeast platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform before the effective date and may request account closure by contacting phbeast support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phbeast platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You should contact phbeast support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, and phbeast will endeavor to respond within 10 business days with a proposed resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 calendar days of the initial written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
